This masterclass takes a deep dive into the design thinking mindset through hands-on practices. Discover the strategic nature of design and understand its value in your business. Learn to harness this value by finding the sweet spot of design: designs that are desirable, feasible and viable. The masterclass will also build capacity for understanding customer purchasing behaviour to customize your service offerings and pick up practical tools to apply to your business.

This masterclass is designed by the Mike Bosworth Leadership team to help Social Enterprises gain breakthrough sales results by mastering the skills of creating Trust and Emotional Connection in conversations with customers, using the Power of Story and Connected Listening to facilitate the Buying Process.

In this DO-TO-LEARN intensive and fun program, you are individually coached through six customised exercises to practise the power of Story (Build, Tell and Listen) as used in your own business' sales conversation scenarios. Sales managers can use these skills to coach and improve forecast accuracy based on the Proof of Trust earned and documented from the conversations.
